Metropolitan offers three types of Client packages or plans:

THE METROPOLITAN

This client package is valid for private clients and covering of all kind of licit professional activities.

METRO

This client package is valid for corporate clients and covering of all kind of licit professional activities.

GLOBAL

The specified client package can be applied for by legal entities, corporations and supervised financial professionals active in trading or brokerage transactions with a required minimum number of 5 incoming payments per month. If the account is not active for a period three months in a row, or that the type of client’s commercial activity changes, Metropolitan has the right to unilaterally transfer this client package into “METRO” plan package.

THE ROCK

This tailored for Gibraltar active residents and workforce is proposed to individuals who are permanently residing or working in the territory of Gibraltar. Applying clients must provide Metropolitan with a copy of their Gibraltar ID cards, or a Gibraltar residence permit and finally a Gibraltar pay slip for the non residents (Transborder work-force).

For both individuals and legal entities, tax residents covering a range of 5 continents, we offer the “METRO” client package, your personal accounts to make payments in three different currencies (GBP, EUR and USD). You can also apply for personal & corporate debit cards managed from your Metropolitan app.

We are also happy to offer “Joint account” that can be used by familly members and/or business partners.

For our clients engaged in trading activities with a large number of payments and high account turnover, we offer a special client package “GLOBAL”. This package is intended exclusively for companies engaged in trading activities.

For permanent residents of Gibraltar, as well as for people working in Gibraltar, we offer a unique “The Rock” customer service package. This client package is valid for private individuals only and aims to offer a local experience in a dual currency environment such as British Pound and Euro.
